Pemberton Ski Touring Lodge

Basecamp Pemberton Ski Touring has it all! Our evenings will be spent in a luxurious lodge right in Pemberton sampling the local beer a cuisine. Our days spent exploring the local peaks and powder stashes of the Upper Lillooet, Birkenhead, Duffey, Joffre Lakes and Mt. Currey areas.

Pemberton Ski Touring Lodge

The Pemberton area boasts some of the best ski touring in the Sea-to-Sky right, in the backyard! From the peaks of the Upper Lillooet and Meager areas and the Birkenhead to the Duffey, Joffre Lakes and Mt. Currey areas. And while a lot of it is quite popular there's also a ton of seldom skied areas just begging for tracks as as well. This program is designed to take advantage all that powder.

We'll be based out of a comfortable lodge just outside the town of Pemberton for 4.5 days and head into a new area each day depending on the weather and snow conditions. Some of the zones/objectives that would be on the menu would include:

  • Mystery Creek / Mt. Curry area
  • Goat Peak area
  • Ipsoot / Rhododendron area
  • Saxifrage area
  • Mt. Slalok & Matier area

Access:

Many of the ski touring areas can be accessed via a short drive while others will require a heli drops or possibly a snowmobile ride. To ensure that we have a bunch of options available the Pemberton Ski Touring Lodge trip includes access to a snowmobile and budget for 2 heli drops. This will open up a ton of amazing ski terrain that's off the beaten path.

Accommodation:

This program will be based out of a comfortable lodge 5 minutes west of Pemberton. There's a private hot-tub, full kitchen, 9 beds spread over 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a couple of great lounge areas to relax and stretch after a big day of skiing.
