Requires some previous experience in the activity but our guides will help improve your skills and coach when things get a bit more difficult. Moderate fitness required, good for ages 10+.


Designed for individuals that have some or lots of experience in the activity but are looking to tackle an objective that’s more than they feel comfortable with or are looking for more guidance and instruction. A good base fitness is required and, available to ages of 16 and over.


A professional level type course or committing trip that requires previous training and experience to a fairly high level. Excellent fitness required, limited to 18+.
